The 144 has been discontinued, so you can't grab a just-arrived one.

The successor model, the 145, has a screw-on cap, but this one has a snap-on cap, which is a major feature.
The nib width is F (Fine). It's hassle-free to write fine Japanese characters, making it the exceptionally popular nib width.
