Vintage Floral Engraved Belt Buckle 1996 Nine West Flower Motiff Retro Boho

This large heavy belt with buckle is marked Nine West very faintly on belt (see last image about middle bottom.)The buckle has a elegant brass finish with am art nouveau flourish motiff, the buckle measures 3 x 2 1/8. It is marked 1996, R.O.C., and a word I can't make out on back. The belt is black 1 3/8 wide and 41 in length. 7 buckle holes, the 1 st starting at 32 and last one at 37. The belt is in gently used condition, it really shows little wear, I refer to it as shelf wear. Really has a great Boho vibe!
