This is a vintage set of lint brushes specifically a "National Lint-chaser." made of wood and bristle horse hair materials.They effectively removes lint and hair from upholstery and clothing.Similar brushes are also used as drafting brushes. It is also known as a "wire lint brush" and "lint chaser." These are from my husband’s art studio. The bristles are somewhat loose.
